Planning
- Finding Land: Titan Builders can assist you in finding a lot for your new home, either by connecting you with our realtor or helping you search directly.
- Financial Guidance: Titan Builders offers multiple connections to help you secure a construction loan with favorable terms. We work with preferred lenders, but you are always welcome to use whoever you think is the best fit for you and your family.
Designing
- Custom or Pre-Designed Plans: Titan Builders offers both options. You can choose from our existing plans with the possibility of customization, or work with an architect, ours or yours, to design a completely custom plan to suit your needs.
- Design Consultation: Titan Builders will collaborate with you to brainstorm ideas, select features, and answer any questions throughout the design process. We also have connections with interior designers if you would like to bring them in on the process.
Building
- Meetings with Tradespeople: Titan Builders facilitates meetings with qualified tradespeople like electricians and carpenters to ensure your selections are implemented and discuss any customizations you might want.
- Cleaning Services: Regular cleaning services are included throughout the construction process to maintain a clean work environment for a more pleasant handover.
Finalizing & Warranty
Your dream home just became a reality! Now what? Last but certainly not least we will have final inspections and a final walkthrough. This is your chance to meticulously examine every detail of your new home and point out anything that needs our attention. Once everything is approved and completed to your satisfaction, you’ll be on your way to closing day and receiving the keys to your dream home. And remember, even after you move in, our one-year builder’s warranty provides peace of mind, ensuring we’ll address any issues that may arise.
